-SHIPPING-

Q: How long does it take for my item to ship?

A: Please allow 2-3 days for the item to be made and processed before shipment. Shipping generally takes 3-4 days.

Q: What/who is your shipping carrier?

A: USPS.

-RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES-

Q: Do you have a refund policy?

A: Currently we do not have one. Certain circumstances/issues do qualify for a refund; please contact [email protected] so we can evaluate your issue with our product(s).

Q: Do you have a return policy?

A: Yes, we do. Most likely, your issue will fall under the category of a return, not a refund. After you’ve been approved for a return, you will be sent a new and better/preferred item, so long as you ship back the original item at your own expense.

Q: Why does my issue not qualify for a return or a refund?

A: Either the consumer was at fault for negligence of the product or the issue is very minor and easily fixable. Negligence is considered when the issue/damage occurred at any time that isn’t the day of the shipment arrival (to the consumer’s mailbox).

Q: Where can I put the name/word that I want for the customizable choker(s)?

A: During checkout, there will be a question/comments box where you can put the name/word you’d like on the customizable choker(s) on your cart. NOTE: Maximum is only 10 characters per choker, spaces count as a character, no numbers or miscellaneous character BESIDES letters only)

Q: I forgot to put the name/word that I want on the questions/comments box, what happens now?

A: Please email us back (we will email you from [email protected] asking you what word or name you’d like on the customizable choker) ASAP and if you do not respond within a week, we will assume you’d like the word “BOSS” (as shown in the picture) on your customizable choker and send it to you that way.
